ClearOps is a CRM being built specifically for cleared contractors — solo professionals who need a better way to track the people they know, the contracts they touch, and the companies they work with. No bloat. No sales funnels. Just a system that keeps you organized and ready when contracts shift.

Built by Buchanan Enterprises, this tool was born from firsthand experience in the defense contracting space — where losing track of a conversation, a contact, or a deadline can mean missing an opportunity.

We’re documenting the process publicly here — not just to share what we’re building, but to get feedback from the people we’re building it for.

Why It Matters?
Most CRMs are built for marketers, recruiters, or sales teams. They don’t serve cleared professionals working across agencies, contracts, and timelines. We’re changing that.
